Precautions and instructions for safe operation
1. The flanges must be flat and clean when fastened in accordance with the direction of rotation indicated by the saw blade;
2. Before cutting, let the blade idle until the blade speed is normal.
3. When cutting the saw blade, sufficient cooling water should be provided with a flow rate of 10-15L/min and the cooling water should be flushed directly on the saw blade.
4. Stop using if saw teeth fall off.
5. Feed speed should be slow and even during cutting. Do not force cutting.
